1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 2299det platform available at https://2299det.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 2299det ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 2299det platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2299det reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://2299det.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 2299det platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 2299det is strictly an adults-only (18+) platform. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, play, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party or as a commercial operator.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation from your jurisdiction.

2299det may request proof of age and identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to during the account registration process, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 2299det services — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits and withdrawals, and participating in the loyalty program — you are required to register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

When registering your 2299det account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your own name. You further agree to keep this information up to date by notifying 2299det of any changes promptly via [email protected].

One Account Policy: Each individual player may hold only one registered account on 2299det. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved may be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 2299det strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. 2299det will never contact you asking for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. 2299det accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Account Verification (KYC): 2299det applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed. Verification requests are typically resolved within 48–72 hours of receipt of complete and satisfactory documentation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2299det are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Exchange rate risk does not apply to BDT transactions.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 2299det accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers from selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 2299det balance within 30–60 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–2 business days to clear. 2299det does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile financial service or bank may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are processed within 1–24 hours for verified accounts in good standing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering obligations. 2299det does not impose a withdrawal fee, though third-party payment providers may deduct their own charges.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be processed once your account has been fully verified under KYC procedures. Any active bonus funds must comply with the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. 2299det reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or other prohibited conduct will result in forfeiture of the withdrawal amount and account closure.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

2299det offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed — using the bonus funds, real money, or a combination as stated — before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are always stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.

Bonus Restrictions: Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other accounts, or patterns of low-risk wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games — will have their bonus balances voided and may have their account permanently closed.

Loyalty Program: Points earned through the 2299det Loyalty Program accrue automatically as a result of genuine wagering activity. Loyalty points and tier benefits are not redeemable for cash directly but may unlock specific rewards as described in the Loyalty Program terms. Tier status is reviewed periodically and may be adjusted based on your activity level during the relevant qualifying period.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 2299det are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that bet type or game, which are accessible from within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific product rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific product rule shall apply to that particular game or bet type.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA) at the conclusion of the event. In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded due to a technical delay will be voided and stakes returned. 2299det reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, where integrity concerns arise or where there is a risk of market manipulation.

Live Casino: Live casino games at 2299det are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the respective game studio's published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 2299det acts as the commercial platform through which you access these games and is not responsible for errors or interruptions attributable to the game studio's infrastructure.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2299det platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents, or misrepresenting your personal information in any way.
• Money laundering: Using 2299det as a mechanism to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds connected to any criminal activity. 2299det has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with any relevant investigation.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or using systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine participation in the games.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-driven betting assistants, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents normal gameplay.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the platform, any game, or any connected payment system. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player: You may close your 2299det account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email address. Before processing the closure, 2299det will confirm your identity and ensure that any withdrawable balance is returned to your nominated payment method. Accounts with active bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will have those bonus funds forfeited upon closure.

Suspension or Closure by 2299det: 2299det reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their own access to 2299det for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period directly from their account settings dashboard. Self-exclusion options range from 30 days to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests take immediate effect. During a self-exclusion period, all deposit and betting functionality is disabled. Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 2299det will contact you at your registered email address before applying a dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.
